With over 30 years of experience serving the Pacific Northwest, I am a second-generation chef continuing my family’s culinary tradition.

For three decades, our family has owned and operated pho restaurants in Hillsboro, Beaverton, and now Tigard. Today, however, I’d like to highlight our bánh mì.

Our bread is made entirely from scratch in-house—never purchased frozen from outside bakeries. The result is a fresher, lighter loaf with a perfectly crisp texture that sets our bánh mì apart.
