From Minnesota to Oregon, my clients are finally starting their new lives here in the PNW! After searching for the area that they’d love, they were elated to find this gem near Mt. Hood. It’s the perfect area with all the outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, swimming, camping etc.

We’ve done this once before… and now we’re doing it again!

Huge congratulations to an awesome family member on her second forever home purchase! This time around I had the perfect place in mind. My friend and investor had an off market property just 4 houses down from their current home! This one was the ideal house with an ADU that made it the perfect living situation for her kids/grandchild to be close. Once getting them connected, they were both thrilled to make this deal happen. We were lucky that the timing was JUST right for everybody.
This has been a lifelong goal of hers and watching it finally come together has been an awesome and rewarding experience! I’m extremely grateful to have the opportunity to continue to serve those close to me. 🙌🏻🔑🏡🤍

Ashley & Johnny made the move from out of state to Oregon, and I’m really grateful some good friends of mine connected us during their home search. Moving to a completely new state can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unfamiliar with the different cities, neighborhoods, commute times, and what area actually fits your lifestyle best.
We spent some time exploring different areas together until they found the home that felt right for them. They were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and I’m really thankful they trusted me to help guide them through such a big move.

JUST SOLD‼️🏡🔑

I had the opportunity to help some close friends buy a home last year in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood and they ended up referring me to their neighbor who had been trying to sell her parents’ home for 6 months with no offers until the listing expired.
She had been having a tough time getting any activity on it… but with a fresh perspective and the right strategy, we were able to get it done quickly!

After just 4️⃣ days on market and meeting the new owners at my open house on Easter Sunday we had a full price offer and closed in less than 3️⃣0️⃣days!

Sometimes you gotta do what others won’t in order to get the results you’re looking for.

With that being said, I’m really grateful for the people who refer me to their friends, family, random strangers and even their next door neighbors! It truly is a gift getting to serve people in this way. And now my seller is able to put this chapter to rest, having one less thing to worry about her parents’ estate and focus on other more exciting things in her life!
