Here it is. the last one Congratulations to Shane A. Walker on graduating high school.

This might be the most difficult message for me to write, because it feels like just yesterday when I first met you at 9 years old. I still remember that shy little boy who would quietly stand behind his mom I offer him cookies when him come at restaurant and now somehow 9 years have already gone by.

Being able to watch you grow up has been something special to me. Seeing the young man you’ve become today makes me incredibly proud. June 15th Shane be leaving to serve in the U.S. Army makes this moment even more emotional.

Every step you take in life has made me proud. You’ve grown into someone strong, respectful, and dependable, and I know you’re going to do amazing things wherever life takes you.
There is only one thing I want him to do keep that smile on your face. Sometimes this young men carries too much on his shoulders.We’re going to miss you very much, and we’ll see you again in December. 🎓🎉💛💙🎓

We appreciate everyone’s generosity, and if you are ever unsure, feel free to contact us directly. Thank you for helping us keep this fundraiser safe and centered on supporting Cass.

Many of you have reached out with love, concern, and kindness for our beloved barista, Cass--and we cannot thank you enough. Cass isn't just part of the Bailiwicks team...she IS Bailiwicks. She's family. She's laughter behind the counter, sunshine on hard days, and a pillar in of our community well beyond our walls.

On October 31, Cass received a rare cancer diagnosis affecting her right knee. Over the past six weeks, she has met every doctor's appointment, every unknown, and every hard conversation with the bravery, optimism, and fire that make her who she is. Today, she undergoes a procedure called rotationplasty and will later be fitted for a prosthetic. Her doctors are confident that this is the best option for living the vibrant, joy-filled, unstoppable life we all know and love for her.

As you can imagine, the journey ahead comes with significant medical costs, recovery needs, and prosthetic expenses--and many of you have asked how you can help. At Bailiwicks Coffee Company, we believe fiercely in community, in showing up, and in making sure no one fights alone.

Will Cass's full permission, we are opening a grassroots fundraiser to support her however she needs in the coming months.
