🎉 Introducing Our Executive Head Chef, Joshua Herron! 🎉

Josh brings more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and event planning industry, combining culinary expertise with a strong understanding of customer service and operations. A Tiffin native and a proud Heidelberg University graduate, Josh has built a successful career centered on leadership, teamwork, and passion for food.

Prior to his current role, he served as an executive sous chef, where he honed his skills in kitchen management, menu development, and staff mentorship. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Josh is committed to encouraging a positive, team-focused culture. He believes great food is created through dedication, communication, and shared commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Josh is deeply family-oriented and values spending time with his wife and two daughters. His experience, work ethic, and people-first approach continue to make him a respected person in the community. Be sure to say hello when you see him around campus! 👋
