Even though the trailer has been sold, we still offer our catering services!Those seniors are getting ready to graduate, so if you're in need of our services, just reach out to us. That's ok, we sell everything a la carte by the half pan minimum (approx 20 servings) the website has our email link.

The end of an era has come! 😔 The BBQ trailer has officially sold and is heading to New Hampshire! Although you won't see us around town you can still get all our delicious BBQ and sides through our catering.

We would like to thank all of you again, for all the support you showed us through the years. And if you miss our smiling faces, just come see us at the new trailer The Savagery!

I know I've seen this rig somewhere! 😆

It's up for auction! Lot # 75. If you know of anyone looking to get into the business, pass this on. Auction ends April 7. It's been a great rig and we hate to sell it, but we went in a different direction. If we had the help we'd run both, but that's a bit much. This trailer has tons of life left and is a pure work horse. Our family remembers our first event with a estimate of 4000 people and we were the ONLY food truck for 2 days!

**UPDATE -- SOLD OUT!!**

Today is rib day!!!!! A lot of you secured your rack ahead of time, but don't worry if you didn't. We smoked a whole case of extra meaty ribs, so there's more to go around! We have the full menu, and since it very well might be the last time this trailer is out and about, we brought back pasta salad and smashed taters! So come on out and get some que while we are setup up at The Dirty Dawg in Thurmont today (3/22) 11-4. We can't wait to see everyone!

We are coming back out today! The trailer hasn't sold yet, so we are gonna roll with it until it does! So keep an eye out for pop-ups.

Today we will be at Big Cork Vineyards, but today they stay open late for their after dark karaoke 🎤 we will be slingin this que from 11-9 unless we sell out. So come on out and see us.

To our loyal customers and friends
Bit of a read ahead, but please take the time.

We regret to inform you that after long consideration our family has made the tough decision to close the food trailer side of our business. We have lots of catering jobs scheduled and those WILL NOT BE DISRUPTED! Our catering business will continue. But our trailer is officially, publicly for sale. While waiting on that buyer, if something pops up we may bring it out. So keep an eye out because you never know when the last time will be!

Before covid19 we decided to begin building a food trailer ourselves. Then when covid hit we decided to continue and take the plunge and go full time. Man what a ride it has been! We've rekindled with old friends and made so many more new ones that we will never forget. I hate to take up anymore of your time, but in typical Jason / The Sauced Savage BBQ fashion.......... But wait... there's more!!!!!!!!!

Some of you know where we live and if you've been by, you've seen there is a new trailer. You know they say when one door closes, another one opens! Well it did, and it is progressing! We want to introduce you to..........
