We are currently in the planning stages of this 2026 season to start! If you have an event you may be needing a Food Concession for send me a message! We will see what our schedule allows. We will be revamping our menu and we will work the trailer until someone decides they want to own it! So until then let us know! Thank you!

Hey you 🫵🏻, Are you looking for Breakfast this week? We have our Steve Evans Sausage Sandwich, biscuit and gravy and more!
Or maybe you’re wanting some lunch or dinner! Well, we have something for you!! We are located all week at the end of the swine barn close to the stage end at the Gallia County Jr Fair!!
If your child is out running looking for cheaper options we do have something for them! You can get a hot dog, fry and a Drink for $10 or under!
Did I mention we have brought back the R&C Packing Ribeye Steak Sandwich?? Come check us out. These are the real deal 🥩 not a Salisbury steak!!
Wait did I tell you yet, we have SKI and Gem Cream Soda too!!
We also have other bottles of cold drinks, or our favorite SweetTea, kool-aid jammers for the kids!
ICE CREAM!! Yes we have a limited supply of 4 awesome flavors with real ingredients! We have Blackberry Cobbler, Strawberry Cheesecake, Cobalt Cookie 🍪 kids favorite, also a new one Blueberry Cheesecake with strawberry swirl! Can’t forget the kids! We have popsicles!!

Hey Everyone! Stop by and visit us tomorrow we will be setup at the Corner of Court Street and 1st ave. We will serve Breakfast through dinner!! We are excited to bring Ski, and Golden Gem Cream soda to our menu. We will also have pepsi products!
Can’t forget the fresh brewed ice cold sweet tea!!

***Kids***
We will have bomb pops for the kids, popsicles and Pushups, along with juice boxes.

***Healthy snack *** We will have fresh mixed fruit cups including Strawberries, Blueberries , Watermelon, Pineapple , Red Grapes andd Green Grapes!!

Now Another Stop 🛑 Head over to The Cozy Country Creations which will be located in front of the Beauty Bar on Second ave. Kristal Donahoe will be setup there with her items and also will be showcasing my custom Howard’s Hat Shack items. Stop over there check her area out! The Trough will be at The Gallia County Health Department tomorrow starting around 10am. We will have Steve Evans Sausage and Egg Sandwich available until 11:00 then Lunch menu! We will have our Burgers, Fries, Hotdogs and Pulled Pork. We will be there 10-2 but maybe longer if we are busy! Please stop by support local! Thank you and God Bless!

Stop by the Gallia County Health Department! We are setup serving Breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast ends around 11:00-11:30!! We have our full menu! Stop by!
