Well, we’re on the hunt for the best Umbrian food, and we’re having an absolutely terrible time! Handmade pasta, wild boar, truffles, porcini, foie gras, tiramisu, and local wines—no, that’s definitely not what we’re here for (although getting a few ideas).

Our airline cut chicken served with red bell pepper, cherry tomato, fennel, pesto, house-made beetroot cavatelli, and zucchini espuma.
The name because the shape of the breast with the wing bone attached was traditionally thought to resemble an airplane.
