Thank you to Pumpkin Fest for hosting another wonderful event. As Pumpkin Fest 2024 marked our first experience operating a food truck, it is truly remarkable to reflect on our growth since we began as newcomers- nobody knowing our name. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has sampled our food and continues to support us. While we realize that waiting in a long line can be inconvenient, we appreciate our customers' patience while they wait for their turn to order and we hope you find that our food is worth the wait. Thank you everyone !

Pro tip for the guys: if your wife wants to hit up all the vendors at Pumpkin Fest, offer to take her so you can grab some BBQ—and honestly, she’s definitely going to want some too! Check out this video featuring our items for tomorrow along with our full menu (see it in the comments). 🎃🔥

We've got a special treat tomorrow: Texas Twinkies! They're big jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese, shredded cheese, smoked brisket, and bbq seasoning, then wrapped in bacon and drizzled with bbq sauce. We don't have them often and they'll go fast. Come see us tomorrow at Thorp’s Pumpkin Fest (we’ll be by the railroad tracks on the north side of Washington Street). We'll be there from 9:00 to 4:00 or until we sell out.

While our 1, 2 and 3 meat platters remain our best-selling items, our loaded mac and cheese and nachos are also exceptional choices and top sellers. Our smoked creamy mac and cheese features your choice of pulled pork or brisket, finished with our signature barbecue sauce drizzle. Alternatively, our nachos are prepared with crispy tortilla chips, nacho cheese, cowboy beans, your choice of brisket or pulled pork, sour cream, barbecue sauce, and jalapeños. If you haven't tried them yet, they are a must try item !

We will be at Thorp Pumpkin Fest on Saturday 10/3 from 9:00-4:00 or sold out
