For three years, we’ve been roasting quietly — learning the craft, honoring the bean, and supplying our little coffeehouse in Thornton before sharing it with anyone else.
Now we’re ready.
Second Origin is our roastery — named for the two places that made us. Vietnam, the world’s second-largest coffee origin, where the beans come from. And Colorado, where we found a second beginning of our own.
We roast robusta the way it was always meant to be — bold, complex, and full of character. Three blends, each one a different side of Vietnam, each one roasted to tell its own story.
This is Vietnamese cà phê, on our terms.
