Finally getting around to labeling the banana (sweet red) pepper jelly. It is so beautiful!!!

It is also my personal favorite of the pepper jellies, I love the sweet pepper flavor with organic sugar, and with the tang of the braggs apple c***r vinegar, the best! I’m not a fan of the hot ones! But we have LOTS of hot ones available too!!

Spent the entire day yesterday harvesting. Tomatoes, peppers, herbs, golden raspberries… snapped a few pictures along the way.

I’m not a fan of freeze day, and everything I’ve worked so hard to grow dying outside. I prefer the spring when things are coming to life. Freeze day is a long, exhausting day of trying to bring everything inside that I possibly can, including way too many pepper plants do they can keep growing and making more peppers to come.

But It is beautiful though to take a moment to appreciate the harvest and the bounty around us. So much goodness… we will be making things like crazy with all we’ve harvested. Lots of dried herbs and pepper jellies, pumpkin pies, and pumpkin cream cheese logs coming up.

We have lots of jarred items in stock, from a very busy season of growing, harvesting and creating. We’re proud of the many craft jams that we offer, and we’re hopeful that you’re ready to try some, as we have so many things ready to go.

As always, most main ingredients grown here, organically. We always use organic spices and herbs. Please reach out with any questions. Thanks.

Picked the last 44 cups of fresh basil from our garden and my brother’s garden today!!
Just finished making 7 pints of charred zucchini basil sauce. 6 are pending pick up, so 1 is available.
And 30 jars of basil pesto. We have 8 available from the batch we made earlier in the week, so there are now 38 available. There is no more basil, so when these are gone, we won’t have more til next summer…
And just started 4.5 batches of basil salt… who is interested in trying basil salt?
