This coming Saturday, July 25th, we will have our annual open house.
I’m going to list the things we will have available, and I’m going to list some of the things I’d like to have available, there’s only so many hours between now and then, so maybe you can tell me things you’d be interested in, so I can prioritize those on my list…

Remember we grow many of the things we use to make our products right here in Thompson connecticut. We always use organic spices and organic sugar. Taste what fresh and local is all about!

Applemint, chocolate mint, spearmint jelly, lavender jelly, rose hip jelly, lemon verbena jelly (1 available), relish
Pepper jellies: 4 or 8 oz
banana pepper jelly, jalapeno hot pepper jelly, extra jalapeño hot pepper jelly, serrano hot pepper jelly, lemon drop hot pepper jelly, Extra lemon drop hot pepper jelly, Habanero hot pepper jelly, ghost hot pepper jelly, Carolina reaper hot pepper jelly. Pepper jellies are available in 4 or 8 oz sizes.
New varieties, hot pepper and fruit:
Cranberry jalapeno jam, cranberry serrano jam, peach and lemon drop hot pepper jam and strawberry habanero jam. The cranberry jalapeno jam is only available in 8 ounce size, the others are currently available in both 4 & 8 oz.
We also have lots of gift baskets ready to go too!
