I regret to inform everyone that Tray s has closed. When I started this venture SO MANY precious people stepped in and stepped up and went way beyond the call of duty to help me. And Tray’s wouldn’t have existed at all without them. I’ll be forever grateful to each one. There is a time and season for everything and I’ve enjoyed this season with all “ my “ people who helped me and for those we served. Now on to the next chapter and praying for Gods direction in all I do. Blessings to you all. ❤️

The sun is coming up! What a beautiful sunrise today. After church come eat with us at Tray’s. We are having roast beef, fried chicken, catfish filets, potato salad, steamed squash, fried okra, green salad, slaw, cheese biscuits, corn bread, peanut butter cake, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate cake. Good morning! We are having a traditional New Years Day lunch at Tray’s today. Black eyed peas, turnip greens, Mac n cheese, cornbread dressing, meatloaf, fried chicken,pulled pork with Dusty and Jennifer Elliott’s awesome bar b que sauce, cheese biscuits, cornbread, banana pudding and peanut butter cake. Good morning. It’s cold and raining but the Son is still shining! After church come have lunch with us. I am preparing roast, fried chicken, catfish filets, chicken livers, potato casserole, baby limas, peas, squash,fried okra, slaw, green salad, cheese biscuits, cornbread, peanut butter cake, strawberry cake and banana pudding.

Good morning! Well Santa’s elf “Cookie” has arrived at Tray’s! Any child under 12 who finds Cookie will eat free so everyone come on out tonight, tomorrow night and Sunday for some good old fashioned “ home style “ meals. Who’s in the mood for steak, shrimp and grits, hamburger steak, catfish, hamburger, grilled or fried chicken, onion rings or any other menu items? Desserts tonight will be strawberry shortcake, peanut butter cake or frosted brownies. Hope to see you soon!

Good afternoon! I would like to announce a change in the open hours for Trays. Starting this week we will be open Friday and Saturday nights 5-9PM and Sunday from 11:30-2.
I am available for catering and for special events such as parties, showers, rehearsal dinners if needed during any hours we are not open to the public. And of course I am already taking orders for Christmas for cakes casseroles and meals. I look forward to seeing you all soon! We appreciate your business!!
