This Chocolate Espresso Mousse Cake was a special order, which means we all had to stand around and admire it knowing good and well we couldn’t touch it.

Thankfully, there was a tiny bit of mousse left over for quality control.

And by quality control, I mean me.

10/10. Would absolutely recommend.
