Herby ricotta ravioli, a staple at the ‘Spoon lately, with herbs from farms all around Midcoast. Served tonight with a light tomato sauce of fresh tomatoes from Tenderwild Farm and bursting piennolo del vesuvio Gentile Gragnano tomatoes from Italy. A true labor of love 🍝

Have you visited us at the Rockland Farmers’ Market yet this year? We set up shop at Harbor Park every Thursday from 9am-1pm selling boxed fresh pasta, ravioli, sauces, meatballs, and more! Our sauce and ravioli flavors change weekly, and our pasta shapes rotate as well. In just a few weeks, we’ll make our annual move to Snow Marine Park (July 23rd through August 6th) while Lobster Fest is in residence at Harbor Park. Snow Marine is just down the road, and we have some amazing entertainment lined up for those days.

If you can’t make it to the market, we are very please to announce that you can now find our products at The Picnic Basket - just a few doors down from us on Main Street in Thomaston! Stop in and say hello to Kim and check out the amazing products she’s brought together in her new shop.

Tonight we celebrate the solstice, the first tomatoes of our season, and our one year anniversary in Thomaston! Menu for tonight, Monday June 22nd, on slide two. This is also a very special week as we gather to celebrate the wedding of a family member. We’ll be closed this Friday to host their private welcome dinner.

One year ago today, we opened the doors at Crooked Spoon Thomaston! We’ve painted, pivoted, planted, added days, added staff, moved furniture, and made a whole lot of pasta. We cannot thank you all enough for the love and support you’ve shown us through our popup years in Waldoboro, and now here in Thomaston over the last year. We can’t wait to see you at the ‘Spoon. Dearest pasta lovers and friends. We are very excited to announce that starting today, June 16th, we will now be offering reservations through Resy! With Resy, you’ll be able to reserve online, receive text and email confirmations, and seamlessly make changes to your booking all in one place. You’ll find the link to our Resy page on Instagram, Facebook, our website, or via Resy.com directly. With this change we aim to streamline the reservation process, and provide the smoothest booking to pasta-eating pipeline we possibly can.

Of course, we’ll honor any existing reservations, and in fact you should have already received a confirmation if you made a reservation via call or text this week. We will continue to offer a small number of seats for walk-ins or day-of bookings, on a first come first serve basis.

As we launch this new platform just days before the one year anniversary of opening the doors at Crooked Spoon on Main Street, we want to thank all of you for your patronage and support thus far. It means the world to us that you show up and give our little corner of Thomaston such love.

A note from Chloe: Though we’ve transitioned to online booking, please know my phone line is always open should you have questions, want to get in touch about allergies or special occasions, have a larger group, or just want to say hi. It is my personal cellphone we’ve been using all this time, so please understand if it now takes a little bit longer for me to reply via that method.
