Tonight from 6:00–8:00 PM at the Legacy Event Center in Thief River Falls, please join us in supporting the Dallmann family at Karter’s benefit. 💙

During the final Sunday of the Pennington County Fair, our staff chose to donated all of the tips collected to Karter’s family. As a business, we were honored to match those donations, allowing us to contribute more than $700 to support the Dallmanns.

We also donated a couple of gift certificates for tonight’s silent auction, so be sure to stop by, bid on some great items, and show your support for this wonderful family. Every bit makes a difference!

It’s the FINAL day of the Pennington County Fair.

Nate cooked up the last of the burnt ends, and they are ready to go for today!

Today’s event in the Grandstand is the Demo Derby. They will be passing around a helmet to collect donations for the Dallmann family to help support Karter’s battle against cancer. We decided to join in and all tip money collected today will be donated to the family.

Well this is unfortunate…

An issue with our supplier’s stock and shipment has resulted in us being OUT of our Smoked Chicken Wings.

However, a possible happy accident has occurred. Instead we ended up with chicken thighs so instead of them going to waste, we smoked them up!

Along with all of your favorites, we've got a lineup of daily specials you won't want to miss!

🌴 Thursday: Tropical Pig - A sandwich stuffed with ham, pulled pork, bacon, & pineapple ring served with a pineapple BBQ sauce.
🥩 Friday: Brisket - Get it as a sandwich or on top of your mac & cheese!
🥔 Saturday: Lottie's Loaded Baked Potato - Top your tater with either pulled pork or brisket burnt ends along with cheese & bbq.
🔥 Sunday: We'll be serving any of our remaining specials we still have left in stock until they're gone!

We will be open every day at 11 am so make your plans to stop by once, twice, or ten times. We won't tell. 😋
