For this Labor Day weekend Chef Logan will be offering two Entree Special options. The beautiful plate shown is the Andouille Crusted Snapper. Andouille and Saltine Crusted American Red Snapper, Shrimp Butter Meunière Sauce, Asparagus, Fresh Sweet Peas, and Zucchini Pearls . So delicious and the second option is a Fat Soft Shell Crabs given the same treatment. Equally delicious and fresh but numbers are limited.

Tonight's Fresh Pasta was such a big hit last week, we are running it again.
Handmade Tagliatelle Pasta in Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Cream Sauce, Pulled Sous Vide Duck Breast, Charred Tomatoes, Duck Cracklings, Sautéed Artichoke Hearts, and finished with torn Basil and Parmigiano Reggiano. Pairs great with our Red Blend from The Prisoner W**e Company...and it's HALF PRICE!

Johnny Cake-style Corn Cakes, homemade Hot Honey, perfectly Poached Egg, Greens with Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette. Perfectly simple, simply perfect.

The Dessert Special, or should I say the Weekend Baked Alaska, is: The Chocolate Orange Baked Alaska. That's right with the Summer's heat we thought we do the coldest dessert to offer our diners some weekly sweet relief and henceforth we are doing a different, delcious Baked Alaska every weekend til it cools off...I have a feeling it’s gonna be awhile.
This week the kitchen is taking Velvet Sponge Cake, White Chocolate & Orange Ice Cream, with French Pecan Praline and Candied Oranges. It's a knockout.

Mais Yeah! Our Kitchen is feeling their deep Louisiana Roots this Weekend. The Entree Special is Tempura Catfish Acadiana. Fresh Wild Catfish, Tempura-fried and set atop Scallion Rice & Crawfish Etoufee. It's finished with a topping of Roasted Red Pepper Maque Choux to brighten the dish. Cest Si Bon!

This Thursday might be a little dreary but you have something to look forward to. Thursday means W**e & Pasta at Cinclare. Handmade Pasta and Half Price W**es by the Glass. Tonight’s Special Pasta is Duck Tagliatelle. Handmade Tagliatelle in Sun Dried Tomato Pesto with Shredded Sous Vide Duck Breast, Charred Tomato, Duck Crackling, Sautéed Artichoke Hearts and finished with Basil and Parmigiano Reggiano. At $16 this one’s a winner. Great job Zoe. Also to help clear up this soggy weather we offer HALF PRICE WINEs-by-the-Glass. Thursday’s at Cinclare Bar & Table…where the weather’s always fine.
