New menu Plates Spotlight:
First is the Gallette du Crab, a delicious(if not fancy) French Crab Cake. We have served this before and it’s a major crowd pleaser! Next is the Sous Vide Pork Chop. Cooked low and slow then finished on the grill, served with a creamy sauce of Whole Grain Mustard, Mushrooms and Aromatics. For dessert, The Strawberry Pavlova…with Vanilla Bean Pavlova, Green Tea Cake, macerated Strawberries and Strawberry Sorbet
