New menu Plates Spotlight:
First is the Gallette du Crab, a delicious(if not fancy) French Crab Cake. We have served this before and it’s a major crowd pleaser! Next is the Sous Vide Pork Chop. Cooked low and slow then finished on the grill, served with a creamy sauce of Whole Grain Mustard, Mushrooms and Aromatics. For dessert, The Strawberry Pavlova…with Vanilla Bean Pavlova, Green Tea Cake, macerated Strawberries and Strawberry Sorbet

We are so excited about launching our Summer Menu. However we are still offering our mid-week inflation busters. Tonight is still HALF PRICE wines by the glass and our special pasta plate. This week Chef Logan’s Handmade Thursday Pasta is the Crab Aglio e Olio. The portion shown is a full portion that’s available on our menu as an Entree(as shown)…tonight’s portion is a little smaller, but still delicious and great if you want your own to try without ordering as an entree.

Well it's that time y'all...time for a Menu Change. NEXT WEEK we will be introducing our SUMMER MENU! So that means Tonight is the Last Night of the Spring Menu. Last night to enjoy all your favorites from the last 3 months. Whether it was our iconic Fried Chicken Livers with Chef's Special Pate, or the Duck Confit, or the Beet Salad, or the Blackberry Cobbler. Trust me the new menu will have plenty of new favorites.
Join us as we say Aloha to an old menu and Aloha to a new menu.

Because weekends were made for fun! And great food. This weekend’s Entree Special is Sous Vide and Butter Warmed Blackened Redfish Roulade. Fresh Redfish, first Blackened then rolled and only slightly butter poached in a Sous Vide immersion cooker, which imparts an incredible richness and flavor. Chef Logan then places that on fresh Corn Bisque, with Petit Pois Peas, Asparagus and Charred Tomato. It’s perfection on a plate.

Handmade pasta, or pasta fatta mano, is a traditional culinary art that embodies craftsmanship and technique. Unlike mass-produced pasta, this technique involves meticulously shaping and cutting dough by hand, sometimes using simple tools, other times, specialized pasta makers. This labor intensive process allows for a unique texture, flavor, and appearance, as the pasta is made with care and precision. With that being said Chef Logan really likes to get creative with his Thursday Handmade Pasta. Today he’ll be offering Malfadine Pasta with Braised Pork, Italian Chili Crisp, Asparagus, Parmesan, and Fried Olives. A grand combination of flavors. And don’t forget Thursday also means HALF PRICE Wines by the Glass. Wine & Pasta a rich tradition celebrated for centuries. Spend your Thursdays celebrating at Cinclare Bar & Table!

He takes Scallop and Potato adds a Crunchy Panko Crust and adds his Special Garlic Aioli to round out this Fantastic Special. So delicious and so familiar.
