✨The Warm-Up: Creole Crabcakes 🦀We are taking golden, crispy crabcakes and cranking the flavor up to eleven! These hand-battered beauties are fried to perfection, drenched in a rich shrimp Cajun cream sauce, and finished with a crunchy sprinkle of toasted almonds. Served with a side of punchy Cajun coleslaw. It is crispy, creamy, and completely addictive!

The Main Event: Cajun Meatloaf 🥓This is not your mama’s meatloaf! We start with premium Black Angus beef, wrap it lovingly in smoky bacon, and roast it to juicy perfection. Then, we smother it in a rich, sweet caramelized onion gravy. Accompanied by grilled scallion mashed potatoes and snap-fresh Creole green beans. Pure comfort food with a serious kick!
