Hello everyone, I hope y’all all did well from the storm. Our home has minor damage but the restaurant did not do well at all. The entire shopping center is going to need a new roof. They are estimating 8-12 months.
I want to thank all of you for 30 great years. We have made so many great memories together. I thank all of you for your business and loyalty to us. Our small place was able to stay strong for 30 years because of all of you and we are very grateful. We watched your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren grow as well as y’all watch our little Peyton grow. We will be forever thankful for all the memories y’all shared with us. We have been through your marriages and unfortunately some divorces too, some wonderful births and sadly some deaths too. The love I was shown when my own mom passed helped me cope with her loss. Y’all have no idea how helpful you all were to me and I can’t express how lucky I am that God crossed our paths.
To all of my regulars and we had so many. I thank you for letting me know you on a personal level. When I would sit and eat with you or just stand and talk and catch up it was the highlight of my day. I have learned so much from y’all.
For my kids that I watched grow and forever gave advice even when you didn’t ask lol( they never asked lol) Zack Perk your name pops into my mind the most because you were like a son to me and I’m so proud of the man you are becoming. I know you will continue to make me proud. Brittney Boudreaux you are a wonderful mom to Sage and Sawyer and we are going to have gumbo dates because I can’t miss out on those two growing up. You also continue to make me proud. I can go on and on but this post is long enough.
And lastly, my teams I have had throughout the years. When y’all moved on we always stayed connected and I LOVE that. Y’all have all made me proud. I know y’all will always continue to be your best you and I will watch from the sideline. Just know I will always be a phone call away and my last littles Kaitlyn Thibodaux and Sonia Guillot thanks for all y’all did in the days before after the storm. Great things are ahead for you girls ❤️
