Our scratch kitchen prepares all our chef-crafted recipes using fresh meats and seafood, fresh produce and herbs, and avocado oil exclusively. There is no butter and no wheat flour in our kitchen, only the items on our Kitchen Ingredients list. Our food is made with some mindful substitutions to reduce fat, carbohydrates, and calories without sacrificing flavor or portion size. Infact, our portions are so sizeable that all of our entrees weigh between 1lb- 1.5lbs and are each under 750 calories. Every dish is made fresh on-site and ready for easy Carryout in minutes, or Delivery, to reheat in its own container in either the microwave or oven (up to 400 degrees).
