🌟 April’s Employee of the Month, John 🌟

Some people make a kitchen run smoother just by being in it, and John is one of them.

Officially, he’s our Kitchen Steward 🍽️— but anyone who’s worked a shift here knows that title doesn’t cover the half of it. When the prep line gets slammed, John is there, hands moving, no one has to ask. When a station needs an extra set of hands, he jumps in like it’s second nature.

That kind of quiet, dependable presence keeps the whole kitchen humming, and we don’t take it for granted.

Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes, John. 💛

Happy birthday to a leader who truly does it all — our GM, John! 🎉

He pours his heart into this place, always striving for perfection in every detail of service. Front of house, back of house, behind the numbers — wherever he’s needed, that’s where he’ll be. Dedicated through and through, without exception.

Anyone who knows John knows he loves a good round of golf, so here’s hoping he gets to tee off today and maybe even a hole in one.
