Crab Stuffed Duo- Oven roasted Swordfish and Wreckfish layered with delicate Crab Imperial, presented with Herb- Infused Rice Pilaf and Chef selected seasonal Vegetables.
Coffee- Roasted Beef Tenderloin Sandwich- Slow Roasted Coffee- Crusted Beef Tenderloin layered with sweet Caramelized Onions, Banana Peppers, Vine Ripened Tomatoes and finished with a vibrant Tomatillo Vinaigrette on a buttery Brioche Bun.

Sweet, flaky Wreckfish, pan seared to perfection and topped with Brandy- infused Shrimp in a creamy sauce and served with garden fresh Vegetables.
Grilled Swordfish presented with Herb- infused Yellow Rice and a silky Beet Puree, and crowned with fresh house-made Gaucamole and a vibrant Chimichurri, creating layers of earthy malt character, herbaceous freshness and citrus driven brightness.

Happy Saturday Natives. Its a beautiful day here on Lake Okahumpka! We have the best view in The Villages, especially for enjoying the local wildlife.
Chef has two awesome specials for you today; Sweet, flaky Wreckfish- pan seared and paired with a savory blend of Spinach, Kale, Mushrooms and Caramelized Onions, finished with a rich Crab Butter White Wine Sauce, accented by Peppadew Peppers over Linguine Pasta.
And also;
Land and Sea Platter- Tender marinated Beef Tenderloin Kabobs, grilled to perfection and served over seasonal Vegetables, alongside rare-seared Ahi Tuna, with fresh Gaucamole, and Wasabi, finished with a vibrant house-made Sweet Thai Chili Glaze.
You should definitely come out and try it, you won't regret it!
