Howdy Folks! Meet our veggie pizza which is lovingly made with Shepherds Grain’s new OPUS Flour! The pizza also uses the seasonal veggies and produce we’re able to get our hands on. This pie is an awesome lunch that has an ever evolving fun fresh flair. Swing by to get yours for take-out or stick around and enjoy our space here downtown The Dalles! We’re proud to be using Shepherds Grain High Gluten Flour in our pizzas to support a network of family farms around the Pacific Northwest. These farms are those that diligently work night and day to produce the most sustainable food available for their families and customers. A Macchiato (or stained or spotted in Italian) is a traditional Italian espresso drink consisting of an espresso shot or two with a very small amount of steamed milk, thus staining the espresso. Or as we’d like to say perfectly complimenting but not muting the beautiful complexities of our coffee blend. Also……. don’t miss out on some of special batch Lavender Lemon loaf!
