Hey y'all, we've been approached about selling steak burgers at the new Frisco farmer's market opening up next year on Main Street next to the Toyota soccer stadium and we're looking for "steakholders"!
We would be selling a Steak Burger, grinding up Chuck Steak daily into 1/4 lb patties and slicing up fresh Ribeye for a Steak Sandwich. Grilling that fresh ground Steak Burger lickety split over an open flame and serving it on a house baked Sourdough Bun that you prepare at the condiment bar any way you like. We would be topping that patty with a gooey ladel of white and yellow American Melting Cheese (the real stuff) or our own recipe of extra thick Jalapeno Queso (which is incidentally made from that same American melting cheese).
A Texas Cheesesteak Sandwich would be served with fresh sliced Ribeye, Grilled Onions and Jalapeno Queso, or Philly style with American Melting Cheese.
Also on the menu, of course, Fresh Cut Fries and an old fashion soda fountain turning out Frozen Custard Shakes, Chocolate Sodas, Egg Creams, Black, Brown and White Cows and more delights.
That's about it! Small menu = super quick service! AND if the interest is there, we will be offering the opportunity to be a STEAKHOLDER in the business.
We will put together a real, bonafide, lawyered up private equity offering for any qualified investors that want to come along for the ride, whether we do just one store or a chain of them.
