Happy Friday and Labor Day weekend! In honor of the “end” of summer we have some delicious specials headed your way 🌞🌻😎🕶️

For the appetizer special we have the return of a fan favorite! The polenta sticks are back this weeks and are being served in a delicious fonduta cheese sauce… yum🤤🤤🔥

The entree special is a penne alla Buttera with sausage and peas in a delicious sauce with a touch of marinara and heavy cream🙌🔥

The pie special has tomato sauce, bacon, arugula, and shaved parmesan cheese!

And finally, we’re featuring the Italian “Sarti” aperitif this weekend in both a spritz with Prosecco or in a Margarita with Corazon blanco tequila. With passion fruit, blood organs and other tropical flavors, it’ll have you hanging onto those summer vibes.

The appetizer for today are Chefs homegrown heirloom tomatoes, flor di latte mozzarella, basil, EVOO, and a touch of balsamic. Fresh and delicious 🤤😮‍💨

The entree special is pan fried rainbow trout in clarified butter, lemon and capers. Served with a side of garlic broccoli rabe and French fries🔥🙌🌟

For the weekend cocktail special we have a homemade fig simple syrup in a highball with Rittenhouse rye whiskey, orange bitters, and club soda. Light and refreshing for a hot summer day 🌞🌻

And finally, the weekend pie special has ricotta cheese, mortadella, and a touch of basil marinara sauce
