Bo Williamson, the barbecue master behind Bo-B-Q's- a catering service specializing in barbecue that started in Jackson in the summer of 2012- has studied barbecue. He first became interested in cooking barbecue professionally about three years ago, though he grew up eating it. He typically prefers to cook and sell pork shoulder, however he has smoked an array of meats and fish, as well as more un

ique items such as a head of cabbage to apple pies. Please make sure to stop by our tent at the Peoples Market, held on Wednesdays throughout the summer at the base of Snowking, and at the Teton County Fair, at the fairgrounds, starting July 25th.
