Bar Menu now served 2pm-10pm daily!
Steakhouse open 5-9pm Wed thru Sat!

But here's a little somethin' you may not know ... our Soup and Salad Bar is available daily as soon as our doors open at noon, just hit the bartender up and they'll get you hooked up!

It's lookin' like a Borracho Bean kinda day out there and we've got a big pot waitin' for you ... Pinto/Chili/Black Beans, Onions, Garlic, Roasted Tomatos, Serrano Peppers, Cilantro, a six pack of Shiner Boch, and 6 lbs of Bacon along with 8 lbs of our Mesquite smoked Brisket! It's sure to take the chill of an early fall off ya!!!

Good mornin' Star Valley, we're back!!! We kinda went quiet on you for a few days because the crew has been in Lava Hot Springs enjoying a "team building" experience together since Monday ... OK, we really went to blow off a buncha steam after another long and busy summer season, and boy did we blow off some steam!!! 🤔😁

Lunch is no longer served at Dads from here on out, we're gonna focus on what we do best around here, along with new hours of operation! The bar will now open at noon Tues thru Sunday with the Bar Menu/Soup/Salad Bar served daily 2pm-10pm! The steakhouse is still served Wed thru Sat nights 5-9pm. Pretty simple, huh?

The doors open up at noon today, Bar Menu served 2pm-10pm, Steakhouse served 5-9pm, and Krista and the 307 Dance Hall take over the dancefloor with FREE LINE DANCING LESSONS TONIGHT AT 7:30PM!!!

A few things to mention on our day off at Dads ...

First, thank you all for another very busy summer! But for some reason this year, our lunch service just hasn't made good business sense for us all summer long. Over the past 4 yrs, the lunch crowd had grown bigger and bigger for us each year, but for some reason, not this summer. Could affordability be a factor? Not enough advertisement? Or honestly ... for as busy as we've been in the evenings, just how many times can you go eat at Dads every week?! With all of that said, we will no longer be providing lunch service at Dads after this week, this coming Fri will be our last day for lunch, and we'll be readjusting our hours and service schedule soon.

We will also be closed on Tues 9/15 of next week so we can unleash this fine staff of ours upon Lava Hot Springs for two days and two nights. It's time for this crew of ours to twist off for a good time together, they more than deserve it!

On another note ... we'll have some new outdoor seating for you this week out back for dining, we're also right around the corner from announcing some really exciting news about a local partnership we're makin' (you're gonna love it!), and we look forward to seein' you at Dads!!!
