I want to personally and publicly thank Mr. Kermit Harris, Director of Corporate Training and Gulf Coast Safety Institute Instructional Admin at COM, for allowing me the opportunity to provide food for you all.
I will never forget a year ago when I was in the restaurant feeling down about a situation. Mr. Harris and his wife spoke words of encouragement to me, and he told me he would support me and he kept his word.
I also had the opportunity to witness Mr. Harris in person with his students, and I could truly see how much he cares about his job and the students he serves. He treated those students as if they were his own children, and that spoke volumes to me.
Mr. Harris, thank you again for this amazing opportunity and for believing in me when I needed encouragement. I truly appreciate you and your wife more than you know. Sometimes God sends people into our lives at just the right time.

Wow! ….Eleven years ago, when I lived in Alabama on the outskirts of Columbus, GA, I had a full-time job, but I was still selling plates on the side right out of my house. Prep, cooked, delivered and cleaned all by myself!
Looking back, I can see I’ve been cooking and doing this catering thing for a LONG time! 😂
