Did you know BS Farms sells farm fresh eggs at the Texarkana Farmers' Market? Just look for our little red fridge and grab you a dozen or two for $5/dz.

Our girls work hard to provide you with the best, freshest eggs!

Any eggs not sold in a two week timeframe are donated to Mission Texarkana, so you know yours are fresh!

Don’t forget to come by and get your unpasteurized Bohemian or regular sauerkraut this Saturday at the Texarkana Farmers' Market.

Unpasteurized sauerkraut is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with live probiotics, fiber, and vitamins (C and K2) that support gut health, boost immunity, and reduce inflammation.

Start Small: If you are new to fermented foods, begin with 1 to 2 tablespoons daily. A sudden influx of probiotics and fiber can cause temporary gas or bloating.

Maintenance Dose: Once your gut adjusts, most experts recommend a daily serving of 1/4-1/2 cup.

Do Not Overconsume: Sauerkraut is high in sodium. Eating too much can conflict with daily sodium limits, so moderation is key.
