This is my last cake I'll do at the house since I'll be moving into a rental this coming week. It's bittersweet and definitely hard knowing this oven won't be coming with me, haha! I am going to have to learn a whole new oven...and GAS at that 🤦‍♀️🫠 wish me luck on the macaron game 🤣
I know the cake isn't perfect, but flavor is more my thing 😅🤷‍♀️

Made this almond cake for a precious baby shower. It should have been a tree stump affect, and I misread the message. I thought it turned out cute, but oh my!! I was so upset with myself. The buyer was so kind, though. I'm grateful for that! I don't often make mistakes with orders, but you gotta know ima beat myself up for a lil bit over it. 🥴 Baking for others' special days can be very stressful. I typically love the rush...that's how I roll.
I say all that to say, I'm honored when you choose me for a special dessert. I put my heart into every step. I know I don't have top baker techniques, but I'm gonna put my all into it. Each bake, I get even stronger and better...so thank you for allowing me to a piece of your beautiful and special days.

Like I was saying...German chocolate cake. Just give me a spoon for that filling! 🤤
Looks like I'm baking more cakes than macarons these days, but remember, macs are gorgeous on the cake, too! Js haha!

Sweet and simple red velvet with cream cheese frosting for a sweet wedding. ❤️

Made this monster of a cake for Texarkana Library's Centennial Gala. My first 2 tier and tons of different techniques and time put into this. I'm super critical of my work and know I have work to do on my presentation, but I was happy to drop it off and finish the project.
(And my word!, I HAVE to get better about taking decent pictures 🤦‍♀️I was just so tired at this point 😅)
