Just wanted to show y’all a freshly stretched blanket of herbed mozzarella on a bed of Prosciutto di Parma before it’s dressed with an arugula salad.

Additionally we’d like to update anyone that had tried to call over the weekend or yesterday. We had a mildly serious medical issue (unrelated to covid) that left us unable to operate. A message had been recorded to keep everyone updated but, as luck would have it, the machine was accidentally shut off.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.

🚨New Dinner Alert: Roasted Chicken🚨
A half chicken cured in our house made spice mix concocted with the help of our knowledgeable friend .
The Potatoes and Broccoli are roasted all together with the birds and the treated differently at the end.
The broccoli gets crisped in the oven and finished with our house vinaigrette and the potatoes are lightly smashed and fried.
All Served with a side of our salsa verde (which just may end up being the star of the show)!

Hello everyone!!

We wanted to take a moment to say thank you for a really exciting first 2 weeks of being open. We had a lot of fun seeing some old regulars and a bunch of new faces, talking about the new menu and cooking food for you all. It's been a blast so far!

As things are already starting to pick-up, we'd love to hear from anyone with 1 year+ experience working the counter in a high volume setting. We're currently looking for Thur-Sat shifts to be filled by someone with a knack for organization and customer interaction. Give us a call or just stop in during our open hours and say hello.
