🔥 Things aren’t only heating up outside... Mulligans is bringing the heat all weekend long! 🔥

We've got a great weekend lined up with live music, cold drinks, great food, and good vibes!

Thursday Double Dose of fun.🧠 TRIVIA NIGHT kicks things off from 7:00–8:30 PM! Grab your smartest friends, enjoy some great food and drinks, and see if your team has what it takes to claim bragging rights.

🎤 Then when trivia wraps up, it's time to grab the mic because KARAOKE takes over from 8:30–11:00 PM! Sing your favorite songs, cheer on your friends, as they sing off our BIG SCREEN and become the star of the show

🎸 Friday Night | 8-11PM Shannon and The Riff Raff return to Mulligans after an awesome first show! If you missed them the first time around, don't make that mistake twice. Expect a high-energy night filled with great music and plenty of fun. Grab your crew, come early for dinner and drinks, and settle in before the party gets rolling.

🎶 Sunday Afternoon | 1:30-4:30PM Kimberly Rene – Just Like Fire Acoustic Duo takes the stage to help close out the weekend. Great music, a cold beverage, and a relaxing afternoonr in the tavern sounds like a pretty good way to spend a Sunday.

So, it was a pretty big month for us. Shannon's birthday, my birthday, our restaurant's first birthday, and our 11-year anniversary.

We've been through a lot together in what really feels like a short amount of time. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit and more ideas than one person should probably have, and through all of it you've been right there beside me helping turn those ideas into reality. Some worked, some worked out okay, and our latest adventure seems to be the one we've been searching for.

It hasn't been an easy road. There have been plenty of setbacks, long hours, starting over, missed family events, financial stress, and to many times when our personal relationship took a back seat to chasing a dream. Working together every day and living together can be challenging. Sometimes it's hard to know where business ends and our relationship begins.

Through it all, we're still here. It hasn't been without its toll, but we've continued to push forward together.

With everything that's happened this month, it's reminded me how important it is to make time for us. Not the business. Not the next project. Us. We've started doing that, and yesterday on the water was a perfect example of how much we both needed it. Even though I caught all the fishies!!

Thank you for everything you do, for all you've sacrificed, and for putting up with me through all the ups and downs. I appreciate everything you bring to the table, and there is no way I could have accomplished what we have over the past year without you by my side.

I love you, babe. Here's to the next chapter, and hopefully a little more balance along the way.

A little late but our original intention was to get a group photo of these five together, but as anyone in the restaurant business knows, getting everyone's schedules to line up is nearly impossible!

These ladies and gentlemen were all part of our opening crew and helped lay the foundation for the service standards we expect every day at Mulligans.

From day one, they've set the tone for what hospitality should look like. Working hard, treating guests with kindness, and always finding a way to keep a smile on their faces, even during the busiest shifts.

While many of our guests know them by name, what you may not see is the countless hours, dedication, teamwork, and pride they put into making sure your experience is a great one every time you visit.

To say we're grateful would be an understatement.

Thank you, Lexi, Elise, Ashliegh, Faye, Rachel, Alex, and Frank for everything you've done to help make Mulligans what it is today.

Your hard work, loyalty, and commitment have played a huge role in our success, and we appreciate each and every one of you.

Please join us in giving them a well-deserved shout-out and thank you the next time you see them! 🍻❤️
