Aquí se cocina con el corazón 🩷

Today we’re highlighting another one of our favorites: Mama’s Gorditas

Handmade corn gordita shells, filled with savory fajita, freshly chopped veggies, and queso fresco, a bite that carries a whole lot of love.

Gorditas were a staple around our family’s table growing up, and now we’re giving them a little RMC spin to bring that same feeling to yours!

Another recipe where Ama & Lalo come together in the kitchen, combining what they know, what they love, and the flavors we grew up with.

Some recipes are more than just food. They’re memories, passed down and made fresh for the next table.

Behind G4 Tequila 🇲🇽
Today, as we celebrate Mexican Independence Day, we’re highlighting one of the things Mexico has shared with the world that carries generations of history, tradition, and pride: tequila!

Tequila is more than a spirit. Its roots trace back centuries to Mexico, with the modern tequila tradition taking shape in Jalisco, the heartland of tequila country. And that brings us to G4 Tequila the official tequila of tomorrow night’s She’s From Tejas

Since 1937, the Camarena family has been crafting tequila in the highlands of Jalisco. Today, Felipe Camarena and his sons, Luis Felipe and Alan, carry that four generation legacy forward through G4. G4 is produced at El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús María, Jalisco, using traditional methods that honor the character of the agave.
The name G4 itself pays homage to the four generations of tequila making tradition behind the Camarena family.

So today, we raise a glass to Mexico, its history, its people, its traditions, and the generations who continue to keep them alive & tomorrow night, we'll keep that celebration going.
