UPDATE NO SWEET ROLLS THIS WEEKEND - Hello everyone! I AM SOOO SORRY- I am not going to be able to get the sweet rolls out this weekend let alone the oatmeal pies! I already had prepped the bread and I can get that out tomorrow but the sweet rolls will have to be on hold until next weekend! I’m so sorry I had something come up that took precedence!!

Flavors are in for this weekend!
Spiced Apple cider Sweet Rolls topped with a Maple browned butter cream frosting.
Sticky Caramel Pexan sweet rolls topped with delicious homemade caramel and caramel coated pecan halved and pieces! ( No icing BUT you cAn request in a pre order )
I’ll have out plain sourdough and Roasted Garlic & rosemary with Cracked Pepper.

Lastly (picture for references may be putting out a new item I have been dying to make. I’m not particularly sure if I’ll have time to make them but:

Blueberry Cheesecake oatmeal cream pie sandwich cookies! (Again. No promises that I will have the time to whip up a recipe But I aim to try!

This is a special order og cinnamon rolls with a buttercream icing dropped it off at the stand for the customer to pick up so she could take it to Klamath Falls. Another order that’s traveling across the state.!!! customer orders are welcome. I require a three day turnaround time depending on what you’re ordering and if you’re ordering cinnamon rolls, you have to order six or more if it’s not on the weekend.! if you have questions, text me 458-287-5684. Making a special order of roasted garlic and Rosemary Buttermilk sourdough with cracked pepper AND OG Sweet Rolls that are traveling to Klamath Falls tomorrow! I am LOVING the bowl cover I just picked up from Ragnarok Range - I am also mulling over a flavor for this weekend as you can see the apple cider in the picture……

Bourbon apple cider sweet rolls with brown butter, vanilla bean/cream cheese icing………. I’m also thinking about Maple Bacon or caramel pecan sweet rolls as the second flavor since we’re going into fall….

I would love some feedback on those flavors!!!

I meant to share this with the crooked River group!

I stopped by Ragnarok Range Farm Stand today and I found me some absolutely fabulous bowl covers (I’ll be back for more) and a delicious smelling candle in a beautiful China teacup! There was so much to choose from and decadent, zucchini, chocolate cake, and cheesy focaccia and so much more!

What a fantastic little place you have!!

You guys should stop by there’s something for everyone in that little shop!

Just thought you deserve to sneak peek inside one of my loaves if you’re not a customer currently ! This was a loaf that was left over at the stand from this weekend. I sold out of everything else except for 2 loaves! Thank you everyone in the community and everyone who travels to the stand to get the delicious items that I love to put out for you!! this weekend is going to be hard to top-

This is a buttermilk sourdough loaf. It is high hydration, and it is one of the harder loaves to work with! Sourdough bakers will go years before getting this type of crumb and it is a masterpiece and it is a feeling I cannot describe when you cut into that bread and see that beautiful crumb ( Lacey, soft but chewy) I sell my plain loaves for $15 they are roughly between 975 to 1000 g depending- I do sell smaller ones!

Then, of course, I had to pair it with a Sourdough chicken and dumplings that I made from scratch with my sourdough discard!!!

I created a sampler pack for a customer who lives in VERNONIA! These bad boys traveled to the coast and got to see the ocean! Lucky lil danishes! 😂😊
