💜 Special request from my neighbors at the nail shop next door!

They told me they love taro drinks, so of course I had to come up with my own version 😄

Meet Saigon Purple Cloud ☁️💜
made with whole milk, sweet condensed milk, creamy taro blend, and ice.

Made a batch for them today and… I think I nailed it! 😂 They all loved it!

An empty bowl! 😂
When I see a customer finish every last bit of my Pho, somehow I don’t feel tired anymore.

Especially when this bowl belonged to one of my regulars who likes his food VERY spicy 🌶️🔥.

Yes… it’s instant noodles! 😂🍜

Yesterday a customer came in looking for pho. I told him I didn’t have pho, but I could make him my shrimp instant noodle soup instead.

He challenged me to make instant noodles not boring in taste OR appearance. Challenge accepted! 😜

After trying it, he blew me a kiss and said, “Fantastic!” 😂❤️

Sometimes it’s not about being fancy it’s about taking something simple and making it special.
Will you try it?

When your regular customers start creating their own Em Saigon menu 😆🌶️

One of my regulars comes in at least twice a week, and he likes his food SPICY! level 7–8 spicy! 🔥🔥

Today he requested Cơm Chiên Bò Lúc Lắc (Beef Tips Fried Rice), but with his own twist, he wants to add egg and turn up the heat! 🌶️

So I added egg and a little Sriracha into the rice before stir-frying it, then served it with our saucy beef tips.

I love getting to know my regular customers and learning exactly how they like their food. Sometimes the best dishes come from a special request. ❤️

At Em Saigon, don’t be afraid to ask!
If I can make it, I’ll try! 😆

Good morning, everyone! Due to the thunderstorms, lightning, and heavy rain this morning, Em Saigon will open at 12:00 PM today instead of 10:00 AM.

We are officially sold out of bánh mì and rice paper for our fresh spring rolls, so we’ll be closing a little early today.

Em Saigon is closed today (Monday) so I can restock, prep fresh ingredients, and get everything ready for the week ahead.

Thank you all for your incredible support and patience these past few weeks. It has been much busier than I ever imagined, and I truly appreciate every one of you.
