Some of you may remeber back when I rebranded my pizza operation and formed this page, I mentioned we'd be going mobile. Well here it is! We've got a few equipment additions to install and then we'll be road ready! Hoping to roll up on some upcoming public events, plus keep us mind for private catering events as well. Year number 7 or 8 that Chef J has been invited as a judge for the yearly Top Chefs event for the Terre Haute Children's Museum. This year the theme was Keepin' It Country and there were some pretty awesome dishes. One judge short, but Chef J and Mr. Cheyne O'Laughlin worked harmoniously together and the winners were chosen. See y'all next year.
