Chef here. This evening proved to be a bit challenging and unfortunately there were a few issues that occurred cause of that. I appreciate everyone being patient and understanding, hopefully you all enjoyed your pies. We'll see you next time. 🍕

Where's the thick crust fans at, this one is for you. This is a trial run on these, with some changes to be made for future bakes. Sicilian style, but in mini round form. Pan-baked to give a crispy exterior on the crust, with a fluffy pillowy interior....think hearty focaccia bread. Over at GypsyQueen Coffee Bar this weekend! ❤️
