We wanted to take a moment to share something we’re truly proud of. Our restaurant just completed our latest health inspection, and we’re thrilled to say we passed with zero violations. Not one.
To some, that might just sound like a checkbox on a government form. But to us, it means so much more. It means that every single day — behind the scenes, long before our doors open and long after they close — our team is doing things the right way. It means the ingredients we bring in are handled with care. It means our kitchen is cleaned not because someone is watching, but because that’s simply who we are. It means every hand that touches your food does so with respect for you, our guest, and pride in the craft.
Running a restaurant is hard work. There are a thousand small decisions made every hour that no one sees — but they add up to the meal that lands on your table. A perfect health inspection doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because our cooks, our servers, our dishwashers, and everyone in between care enough to do it right, every single time.
So today, we want to say thank you. Thank you to our team, for holding yourselves to a standard most people will never see or know about. And thank you to our guests — to Indiana State students grabbing a quick bowl of ramen between classes, to families celebrating birthdays over hibachi, to everyone who has trusted us with your table. Your trust is not something we take lightly, and we hope this is proof that it’s well placed.
We’ll keep doing what we do best: cooking great food, in a clean and safe kitchen, for the people who make this community home.
From all of us at Sushi Lovers Hibachi & Ramen — thank you, and we can’t wait to see you soon. 🍣🍜
