At this time, there will be a “daily special”…so come see us on the day that strikes your fancy� We will proudly serve meat from Kroc’s Butcher Shop, which is also locally owned, and look forward to incorporating other locals into the menu items�The specials will be posted, with the location for the week, and hours will vary. We will gladly take suggestions, and location requests as we can� We look forward to serving you some awesome and unique, trashy food, in a trailer!!�

Just in… We will be at the Afterburner Brewing Company today (5/16). We have smoked pulled chicken sandwiches, smoked pork chops, BBQ baked beans, homemade mac & cheese, and southern potato salad. We’ll start serving around 11:00 AM. Hope to see you there! Oh, and don’t mind the misspelling of “Cuisine”… dang AI!🤪🤣

As most of you know, I have taken on a special project this season, so the appearances of the food trailer will be very limited.
With that being said, we want to invite everyone out to the Feed Store Beer Co. this Wednesday (4/8) 5:00-8:00 for some Smoked Ribs, and Saturday (4/11) 4:00-9:00 for some Smoked Chicken or Pork Quesadillas.

This Saturday 3/21, we will be at The Young Men’s Club in West Terre Haute for a fundraising event from 2:00-6:00. We will be serving our delicious Smoked Smash Burgers, homemade mac & cheese, and southern potato salad.

The cinnamon rolls were still warm😁10/10 recommend
