My personal fav right now is persimmon + Ginger - it’s sweet and light!

We haven’t been behind the bar for awhile but we are far from retired 🤣

The days we are closed we are working to get the kombucha brewed, flavored and into kegs or cans. Every week is different because of the brewing cycle. Yesterday, we started filling our tanks with water. Each tank gets 90 gallons of water. After the tanks are filled we then fill giant tea bags with our organic loose leaf tea. Our kombucha is cold brewed which means the tea steeps in the water for 48 hours.

Kombucha is a process and doesn’t get brewed in just 1 day. From start to finished product it’s about 21-30 days. We always think it’s well worth the wait! They do say all good things take time, right?! ☺️

I’m telling you.. it was worth the wait! Come try a sample today!

🍹 If you enjoy an adult beverage every now and then, I suggest filling a growler with pumpkin and adding bourbon to it. It’s my favorite combination!

🍨 If you enjoy a sweet treat, fill your growler with pumpkin and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make a float!

FALL HAS ARRIVED AT FERM FRESH 🍂🍎

*We do have a note for pumpkin, it will be available tomorrow. It wasn’t quite ready for its debut today but we have 10 other flavors for you!!

We have a special flavor available because a kind customer brought us a whole bucket of persimmons, so persimmon kombucha is available until we run out.

Our fall menu is coming this Thursday (October 8) 🎃🍎🍂

We are excited to be releasing our fall flavors! I love this time of year when the weather is cool and the leaves start changing. There is such joy in having a glass of fall kombucha while sitting by a fire or on your porch. Fall in Indiana is truly special 🍂

Pumpkin - ultimately the best fall flavor, in my opinion ☺️

Harvest - warming cinnamon & ginger with fruity flavor from hibiscus and orange peel

Wellness - a great immune support with elderberry & echinacea

Fruity Hoosier - locally grown pawpaws (probably the most looked forward to flavor of the year)

Apple cinnamon - sweet and so delicious warmed up a bit

Chai - full of spice flavor and also great slightly warm
