Donation Request Update
As the number of donation requests continues to grow, we’ve made a few changes to help us keep everything organized and ensure that each request receives proper consideration.
Please note: This new process does NOT apply to any donation requests we have already committed to for the remainder of this year. Those commitments will remain in place as planned.
For all new and incoming donation requests the following guidelines will apply:
• We will no longer accept donation requests through messenger
• All requests must be submitted using our donation request form
• A formal request on your organization’s letterhead must also be included
• Requests should be submitted at least 60 days prior to the requested pick up date
• Requests submitted less than 60 days before the requested pick up date will be reviewed on a case by case basis
Once the form and all required documentation have been completed, please reach out to me to make arrangements to drop off your request in person.
Each month, we will review the requests we’ve received and select our donation recipients. If your organization is selected, the contact person listed on the request form will be notified by their preferred method of contact.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to make this process fair, organized, and manageable. Most importantly, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to give back to our community!
