Dinner in the Dark.
Last Saturday, we killed the lights, lit the candles, and let Chef Luth loose on a five-course Valentine’s dinner.
Here’s what hit the table:
🦪 Cold Water Oyster — Wianno (Cape Cod), caviar, passionfruit mignonette
🍣 Surf & Turf Roll — Spicy lobster salad, shaved Chatel Farms ribeye, cucumber, asparagus, spicy aioli
🍝 Ravioli Doppio — Black truffle ricotta, fennel sausage, black truffle cream, sage. Hand-rolled in-house.
🥩 Chatel Farms Prime Filet & Foie Gras — Colab Carrots, pommes fondant, lobster nage
🍫 Death by Chocolate — Pots de crème, milk chocolate espresso, dark chocolate ganache, cocoa tuile, cherry emulsion
Five courses. Candlelight. $95 a person.
