Attention, all animal lovers. If you (or someone you know ) are responsible for putting out cat food on the back stoop of the former The Tennille Ice Cream Company, now known as Scoot’s Café and Ice Cream Emporium, you are NOT doing these cats any favors AND you are trespassing on private property. Almost every building on this street is forced to deal with the feral cat issue because you keep making it attractive to these cats to invade our space. And now, there’s another litter that’s going to face the very same circumstances. PLEASE do NOT come in this property again and do NOT leave food for these cats. We will prosecute for trespassing. The Washington County Shelter has been made aware of the issue and has not yet done anything to help that we are aware of. Thank you to everyone for following our journey at the Tennille Ice Cream Company. It's with great joy that we share our new endeavor with y'all today. We told you that it'll be worth the wait. The work us getting done and the opening is getting closer so we thought that it was time to break the news! Welcome to Scoot’s Café & Ice Cream Emporium. We have some GREAT news! Our construction plans for the renovation of the old Tennille Ice Cream Company building have been approved by the powers that be! Let the fun begin! We can't wait to get back in the kitchen! Watch for upcoming announcements!

Those of you who know us know that we won't serve anything that doesn't meet our standards. Well...this one exceeded our expectations. This is our new Corn Pudding with melted cheese, [housemade crema and a light dusting of tajin (not in the pic)]. We can't wait for y'all to try this new side dish. T.A.S.T.Y!
