Congratulations to Anna Choate, our salad drawing winner!

Anna gets to choose one of our classic salads to enjoy next week.

And because you all had so much to say about these old favorites, Chef decided we’re bringing back all four next week. Olive Brussels Orzo, Beet Quinoa, Pesto Pasta, and Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad will all be available to purchase while supplies last.

Thank you to everyone who commented and helped us bring a few old favorites back!

New dessert alert. We’ve been working on this one for a while and it’s finally ready. Meet our Nutella x Biscoff treat. It starts with a biscotti brownie base, followed by a whipped Biscoff center, finished with a silky Nutella frosting. Crunchy, creamy, chocolatey. Also, a rare opportunity tonight. We’re catering this evening, so if you don’t want to cook the protein, we’ve got about 6 pounds of our famous tri-tip up for grabs. Served medium rare, comes with our house chimichurri, easily feeds 10ppl, $85. If you have never had our tri tip over the last decade, it’s the best you will find around. 1st person to stop in and pay for it, gets it. I will post when it’s gone. Pick up needs to be at 5pm.

Our OG fans might remember these…

Long before the café looked the way it does today, these salads were some of our most popular items. Lately, we’ve had quite a few people asking if they’ll ever make a comeback.

So we want to know…

Which one would you be most excited to see again?

• Olive Brussels Orzo Pasta Salad – orzo pasta, Kalamata olives, feta, olive oil & spices

• Beet Quinoa Salad (Gluten Free) – quinoa, braised beets, fresh lemon juice, olive oil & spices

• Pesto Pasta Salad – pasta tossed in our kale-cashew pesto with tomatoes and thinly shaved red onion

• Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad – pasta, ranch, bacon, and cheddar cheese

On Saturday at noon, we’ll randomly draw one commenter to receive their choice of one of these salads next week.

Not sure how we’ve gone 14 years without putting this one on as a special… but here we are. Let’s go!

Our take on the classic patty melt starts with our in-house ground beef blend of tri-tip, chuck, and brisket, grilled and topped with melted white cheddar, smoked garlic Walla Walla sweet onions and roasted garlic aioli all served on perfectly toasted sourdough.

We usually show off the fries when we post our specials, but if you’re new to Simply Organic, our side salad has been quietly stealing the show since 2011. Thin-shaved romaine, heirloom tomatoes, English cucumber, our famous house-made red wine vinaigrette, and one little secret we’ve never changed… Pecorino cheese, a rich sheep’s milk cheese that ties the whole salad together.

It’s National Cheesecake Day.

We don’t need much of an excuse to celebrate around here.

Our house-made cheesecakes are in the case today, including banana, blueberry, Oreo, Dubai chocolate, peanut butter, and more. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to treat yourself… this is it.

Whether you’re stopping in after lunch, grabbing dessert to take home, or sneaking in a mid-afternoon cheesecake break (we fully support that), today seems like the perfect day.
