Fort Dodge! This Saturday
For everybody who never gets to try us and have our food when we’re in town during the weekday, we will be in town this weekend at the fort. We are open for a dark tournament, but we are also open to the public so please stop on by share to spread the word, please.

Getting the food truck ready at 1:45 in the morning for Lake City fall festival and we will be entering the chili cookoff. Getting up between 1:45 and 2:30 is normal for us. Well, it doesn’t always feel great. Something is so peaceful between those hours when you’re outside running the smoker. It’s just quiet you hear the animals, birds and it’s just very relaxing.
