A four-course wine pairing dinner

We’re opening the kitchen for one night only and handing the wine program to Sommelier Troy Tucker of Terroir To You.

Troy is a Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier who founded Terroir To You in 2020 as a higher-end private wine and food experience: tastings hosted in your home or rental, custom flights sourced from around the world, full stemware, and a teaching style that makes the “why” behind a pairing click without the wine snobbery.

For this dinner, Troy is curating four wines to walk alongside a four-course tasting menu from Chef Spencer Johnston. Both of them will be in the room with you all night.

It starts with St. Patrick’s Day.

Spencer and I are opening up our kitchen for a new series of intimate dinners we’re calling Danior Supper Club.

These are small dinners inside a working commercial kitchen, just a few feet from the food as it’s cooked and served. It’s a chef’s table–style experience, guided with care on both sides of the pass, in an environment that’s warm, relaxed, and intentionally unfussy.

Our first dinner is St. Patrick’s Day — March 17.

Danior Valentine’s Dinner
An intimate experience inside the kitchen.

Danior Catering invites you to join us on February 13th and 14th for a rare dining experience — a seated, multi-course dinner held inside our working kitchen in San Luis Obispo.

This is not a restaurant night.
It’s not a pop-up.
It’s an opportunity to dine where Danior comes to life — alongside the rhythm and energy of the kitchen itself.

Guests will enjoy four composed courses by Chef Spencer Johnson, each paired with intentional, thoughtful selections from Sommelier Lannon Rust. Additional touches and small surprises will unfold naturally throughout the evening — designed to create a pace that feels warm, immersive, and unhurried.
