The Peggy’s Pumpkin Spice has arrived to the Pop-Up at Neighbors on 7th. Available hot, iced, or as a frappè this has become a traditional Fall Favorite as our mix contains authentic pumpkin spices and natural flavorings.

Progress continues to occur on repairs & upgrades to the fire suppression system at the Temple Mall. While a reopening timeline has not been established due to the Fire Marshall’s strict processes, we remain hopeful that a re-opening date will occur soon. We miss everyone, but for now catch us at Neighbors on 7th.

The first round of these shirts sold out in less than a week, and many missed out, asking if there would be a restock. Well, here it is. For those that didn’t see the original post (original video link in comments), the shirt’s design is a meant as a fun tongue-in-cheek concept and also fundraiser for employees of Rob’s three businesses while the Temple Mall is closed for repairs and upgrades to the fire system. The shirt is $20 even, cash preferred, and can be purchased at Neighbors on 7th or the Peggy’s Pop-Up at No7th (209 N. 7th) and is available in natural beige or light grey, sizes Small-2XL. Big Thank You to everyone for their continued encouragement and support.

If you attended Bell County Comic Con on Aug 1st & 2nd you may have noticed the quality of the badges for the event was not what it’s been in previous years. There’s a reason for that… we won’t go into detail about customs holding the product since May or the packages also being lost by the delivery company, only to be delivered Monday morning after the event. BCCC spent loads of extra funds to rush print and deliver the (less durable) badges for the weekend and we are grateful for that. Now that the hard laminate collectible badges have arrived, our pop-up has been designated as a swap-spot!
For those that collect the unique badge each year, simply bring this year’s badge(s) by for an even exchange during the days/times listed below.

We had an incredibly successful weekend at Bell County Comic Con! Butterbeer was flowing non-stop and it was great to see so many familiar faces! We’re still operating the Peggy’s pop-up at Neighbors on 7th Tuesday-Sun 7am-3pm 209 N 7th St , while the mall finishes up repairs to the fire suppression system. Thank you to all who made it by our booth at BCCC2026!
