STORY TIME!! This just happened!! We were eating supper out—because it’s Friday and that’s what we do—and the waitress kept apologizing for the long wait. Craig Bennett tells her “We completely understand as we own a food truck ourselves.” Of course she asks about it and he tells her that we’re Bad Girl BBQ and that we’re out at The Robinson Family Farm for the next 5 weekends. She said that she was thinking of bringing her 2 littles out to the farm and we told her how much there was to do out there and how much fun they’d have. Anyway—we pay and get ready to leave and the lady at the table next to us told us that she had our BBQ at the farm last year and said that it was very good. She said that she’d definitely bring the grands back to the farm. We have people telling us often how much they love our food, but I do believe this is a first for us being at a restaurant and a person complimenting our food. THIS, my friends, is why we do what we do. We LOVE feeding our customers and LOVE the positive feedback even more. It keeps us going!! 🩷🩷

🎡 Y’all—it’s Central Texas State Fair time! Come on over to Belton to the Expo Center (now known as the Huntington Bank Center) today, Thursday, September 3 through Sunday. Tonight and tomorrow we’re open until 11 PM. Tomorrow we open at 5 pm and then Saturday and Sunday we’re open from noon to midnight.
