BIG NEWS for Forest View and our community! 🎳

We’re excited to share that we recently purchased the property right next door to Forest View!

We don’t have a final plan yet — and that’s actually what makes this exciting. Our goal is to look at how this additional property and land could help Forest View continue to grow while also finding the best use for the existing building.

There are a LOT of possibilities: expanding Forest View, pickleball courts, batting cages, mini golf, go-karts, a food court or restaurant concept, banquet/event space, shared office space, possibly bringing Quimby’s over, or something completely different.

And we want to hear from YOU.

If you could add something next to Forest View, what would you like to see? We’re not promising any particular idea — we’re genuinely interested in hearing what our customers, neighbors and community think.

We’ve been fortunate to expand Forest View offerings over the years, and we’re excited about having another opportunity to invest right here in our community.

Last night was one of those nights you never want to have.

Our internet service went down, which meant many of our systems—including POS, scoring, and other technology we rely on—were impacted. We had to revert to pen-and-paper guest checks while we worked through the issues.

A huge thank you to Buckeye Broadband for coming out first thing this morning and getting new internet service installed at Forest View after we learned our previous fiber provider couldn’t get a commercial emergency technician out until Monday.

This one’s on me. Choosing the wrong provider is a mistake I’ll gladly own, and it’s one I’ve corrected moving forward.

I also want to give a huge shout-out to Kyle and Lascala IT for everything they did yesterday and today to get our systems back up and running. Your dedication and quick response made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible team for working through the challenges last night with professionalism and patience, and thank you to our customers for your understanding while we temporarily went old-school with pen-and-paper guest checks.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support. We’re back up and running and look forward to serving you!
