👨‍🍳 Every culinary journey has a beginning. Yao’s started growing up in the restaurant industry.

Long before Fusion Tea Lounge, there were family traditions, busy kitchens, and generations of experience and knowledge to learn from. That upbringing shaped Yao’s respect for ingredients, attention to detail, and belief that good food brings people together.

Today, he carries those lessons into Fusion Tea Lounge—sharing a love of food and hospitality that has been passed down through generations. ❤️

🎥 Watch as Yao shares a piece of his story, and come experience the care behind what we serve.

🍃 Small details. A difference you can taste.

At Fusion Tea Lounge, we double strain our freshly brewed tea to make sure no loose tea leaves remain in the finished batch. Even a single leaf can continue steeping, changing the flavor and balance we worked so carefully to create.

That extra step reflects the care we put into every cup from precise brewing times and temperatures to the final pour. Because your handcrafted tea deserves our full attention. 🧋✨

🍃 Great tea begins with care, precision, and patience.

At Fusion Tea Lounge, we steep our Jasmine Green Tea to bring out the leaves’ full aroma and delicate flavor. Our wide, round pan gives the leaves room to open as they steep, while carefully controlled water temperature and timing help create a fragrant, balanced brew. Every detail matters from the first steep to your first sip. 🍵✨

Stop by and taste the care behind every cup!

We Didn’t Follow the Trend. We Started It. 🧂🍵

Our parent corporation created the salted cream top on jasmine green tea — the drink that became a worldwide phenomenon.

Not cheese foam. Not cold foam. Salted cream. On real jasmine green tea.

It started something bigger: breaking a drink into components, layering flavors, mixing what nobody had mixed before. Now everyone’s doing it — but we did it first.

Come taste the original.
