Drake was talking about a person… but today we’re pretty sure he meant this chicken. 😂🔥

A message of hope and love for the Vegan community, foodies and for Solár lovers. First off, I would love to thank this wonderful community, I’m in awe with the love and support that I’ve gotten through this hard time and even though it may seem heavy hearted, it’s just the beginning. So many of you have reached out and have offered other opportunities. These opportunities have opened up so many other doors. I am saddened to announce that The location has permanently closed at Tempe food court. But, Please stay tune and continue to follow my Instagram stories as we continue this journey together. Let’s see what 2023 has in store for Solár 🍔☀️🧡and all it’s wonderful supporters.

It’s no secret that the past few years have been difficult for small businesses and though I tried my hardest to avoid this situation for Solar; the stark reality is that I am struggling to keep my business afloat. I’ve changed my hours, I’ve changed my menu, I’ve tried various promotions, and even hired a specialist to do my marketing in the hopes of bringing in more customers.

I am not one to publicly share my struggles but rather keep them to myself and push through it. However at this point I am no longer able to do that. Solar is my baby; I created her out of love and it hurts me to see that even when I’m giving it my all it still isn’t enough. Over the last few years I have seen so many amazing vegan restaurants close and I am doing everything in my power to not let that happen to Solar but I need help. If you are in a position to help, please come by or order online from us.

I thank all of you for the support I have received the past few years. As a POC woman owned vegan restaurant, the odds were always stacked against us but I will continue to defy them. Solar started as a dream, became a reality, and is now a staple in the Valley’s Vegan community. To anyone who has had one of my dishes, I thank you for your past and continued support.

If you are unable to make it in, please like, share, and tag this post - it makes a huge difference.

Thank you again.
Love,
Crystal
