To honor and pay respect to our healthcare providers and workers who have risked their lives to protect ours in this difficult time, our Snow n Crab Restaurants will be serving food with NO CHARGE to these respectful individuals through March 31st. Please show our staffs your medical batches upon pick up. Please choose one of these dishes from our special menu:
-Louisiana sausage Fried rice

-1 lb Crawfish
- Clam chowder soup

“Temporary Take-out only - No dine-in”

As you all know, the Covid-19 pandemic is a matter of great concern, and all of us are called on to do our parts to prevent its spread to the best of our abilities. As longstanding members of the hospitality community, we at Snow & Crab take our responsibility to provide a safe, comfortable place for people to gather, and to maintain a healthy work environment for our staffs, extremely seriously. We have an outstanding track record of safe food handling, but we also know that these times call for additional precautions. To that end, here are some of the steps we are taking:

• We are following guidelines provided by ServSafe, our state and national restaurant associations, and the Centers for Disease Control. Fortunately, most of the practices recommended for safe food service also happen to be the very same ones recommended for preventing the spread of this virus.

• We have increased our sanitizing regimen for common areas, our kitchen and the tools that are handled by multiple people: work stations, touch screens, hand held devices and so on.

• We are closely monitoring staffs’ health and making sure that no one works who shows any signs of illness, even “feeling a little under the weather.”

• Soap and hot water are our two greatest allies in the battle against this disease. We have restroom with supplies readily available.
