Vince's Spaghetti Express, Temecula Welcome to Vince's Spaghetti Express which is family owned and operated by the Cuccia Family! The business was run by three brothers and their wives.

When Vince's Spaghetti first opened in Ontario, California in September 1945; it was a simple, six stool, open air restaurant without a kitchen. Back then, Grandma Rose prepared all of the food in her kitchen 50 yards away and hand carried it to the customers. It was located on Highway 70-99, which was the main road to Palm Springs at the time. By 1968, Vince's was billed as the largest spaghetti
